It is so convenient and close. The staff are friendly and supportive. I especially appreciated the advice from from the Aquatics Director India about ways to support strength training in the pool. I enjoy the luxury of a nice steam room after a swim. Ipswich YMCA is a great place to get back in shape or maintain your physical well being.

I don’t swim, but I spend some time in the pool area while my grandson is at practice. I’m constantly impressed with all the instructors for their expertise, patience and guidance. This is especially true with the very young and special needs children.
