Clean,friendly,plenty of equipment,

The instructors are positive, encouraging and energetic. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The abundant parking is a huge plus.

The facilities and equipment are top notch . The teachers are excellent , knowledgeable, energetic etc. I love how many classes there are and the broad variety. I have belonged to gyms consistently since high school and am now 58 and have lived and gone to gyms in Boston, NYC and LA and I really like this Y the best.

Good classes, great instructors and staff. My only complaints are that it is hard to hear an instructor over the music when you are working out on the turf and related to that is that the TRX classes need a better location so that everyone isn't so far apart making it very hard to hear the instructor and for her to keep an eye on all of us to help with our form

Lots to choose from, friendly staff

I love the Cape Ann YMCA. My only challenge is the tight room in the Yoga studio. Because we are just over a pandemic, I hoping the Y can find a larger room. I also get frustrated when people enter the studio 20 minutes after class starts.

Lots of programs, excellent facilities.

Friendly, professional staff and full range of activities for all ages.

The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. The equipment is properly maintained and there is plenty of space to work out. You offer a wide range of classes, at all times of the day, with excellent instructors.

Great facilities. Always clean. Well maintained. Perfect for our family of 5.

The Y has a great facility, good classes, is clean, staff are friendly and courteous. The membership price is affordable.

Cape Ann YMCA is FANTASTIC. There are so many wonderful activities in a state of the art grand facility. Every visit, I feel the energy as if am back in college. The staff are the nicest people and so helpful regarding any thoughts or concerns. Our Cape Ann Y is just THE BEST. thank you. It is great I love yoga pool and pickleball!

It’s a positive, happy environment!

As a new member of the YMCA I learned that there are 7 facilities in the network and I have been to 5. All offering first class equipment, knowledgeable staff clean and well maintained. I couldn't help visiting these facilities out of curiosity. And of course the stream room facilities are a welcomed option for the winter blues. So thank you so much for the opportunity and I highly recommend the YMCA to everyone I know. It has evolved to a great institution.

I go M-F. Have met nice people and the water aerobics works for me
My one concern is the cleanliness… I have spoken to several people BUT
Family room showers/bathrooms …are NOT CLEAN…soap scum on walls …black scum on the shower floor… moldy shower curtains…
Someone should be evaluating the cleaning service to UP THEIR GAME !!
