We love Coach B!

Coach B is so great with the kids. She has them do appropriate gymnastics stretches, pays close attention to keep them from getting injured, and she increases the skills they're doing each week. I cannot describe how impressed I have been by her!

Multiple programs and options are offered.,Everything is well maintained and kept clean. Pricing is reasonable too.

My tour guide Abby was so thorough and welcoming to the facility. gym jitters are definitely a thing and she made me feel so comfortable. She explained the types of equipment, a lot of the classes available and any questions I had. She even saw me the next day and said hello!

Everyone is friendly, there's a great variety of classes, including aqua bikes! and I love how bright and clean the entire place is. I'm so glad I joined!

everything is good except locker room floors are wet even though they are wiped alot. The big black drainage mats should be everywhere.
