The younger kids don't have as many options through the town/city, and so it's great to have fun/casual programs available through the Y.
Also coach Mark is the best, knows how to balance some structure with fun!

The facility is beautiful, close and has a variety of classes to explore. I love the pool, which as a new member, is primarily what I have been taking advantage of. Locker room is clean and has a steam room. The cafe serves delicious healthy options for a meal or snack. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. I feel very lucky to have this affordable and convenient Y nearby.
Kids club is amazing! Wonderful staff, clean facilities and feels like home away from home. Everyone is so welcoming at CAY.

The new facility in Gloucester is outstanding. It has everything anyone would want to do their workout. I have used the personal trainers and have learned a lot about my workouts. I am loving the new Y and miss it on days I cannot go.
