It’s clean and has friendly staff. It has plenty of treadmills.
I’ve had a very positive experience so far and I’ve only visited three times. my kids have really enjoyed the kids club, we have all enjoyed the pool and the family locker rooms have been super helpful and I did my first hot yoga class with Kirsty and it was amazing. I’m glad we joined.
The Y has a variety of exercise classes for all ages. The new facilities at the Cape Ann Y are fantastic.
Nice facility, friendly staff and environment.
Pool exersize room

The people are nice and I enjoy the class in in
Cleanliness, range of workout equipment and friendly and helpful staff.
A new bright facility
The exercise facilities are good and plenty. The staff are excellent. But the men’s locker room leaves a lot to be desired.
The instructors and staff in general are all very polite, kind, and helpful. I am made to feel comfortable even if I can nowhere near keep up with others in a class. Encouragement flows freely from instructors as well as other class participants. I ENJOY my exercising!
I really love the group exercise class offerings but many are too crowded, I would hesitate to recommend them because I don't want more people to attend.
Great facility, friendly staff & love all the class options & STEAM ROOM 💕

Great facility
That over 18 workout group in the pool M W F 8a-9:30a is so great! And the variety of water workouts and excellent lifeguards is amazing! ~Coach Jen
I have been going to YMCA here for decades! This new one is fantastic! So many programs, bigger, better and lots of free parking!
The instructors are skilled and knowledgeable, as are the trainers. The instructors take part in professional development to expand skills, and we members greatly benefit from that. The classes are well equipped, such as the aqua classes. The facility is clean, bright and pleasant to be in. The gym is expansive, with plenty of equipment.
