Clean, open spaces, good member community
Though my attendance lately doesn't suggest it, I love this Y! The feeling of community as soon as you enter the building is wonderful. So many classes at great times too...and then the price for individual membership and ALL of that...a great place to get your sweat on!!!

Staff is wonderful. Pool and aquatics staff excellent. Lots of options for working out. Wonderful facility. Wonderful programs. How could anyone NOT recommend the Y. It's what the community needs.
but..... Unfortunately, and to no one's fault at the Y (except perhaps planning and oversight?) the women's locker room (presumably same for men) is a disaster. Everyone talks about it. Shoddy build by contractor. Perpetually flooded floors, terribly designed lockers placed above people's reach and are not functional for even holding clothes, freezing cold year round. No fix in sight.
The planners and builder should have been held accountable. They need to redo poorly designed and constructed locker rooms. A safe, comfortable locker room is at the heart of one's activities at the Y.

Numerous group classes available;
However, I would like to see MORE AQUA CYCLING classes made available. This is a very popular activity. A suggestion was mentioned that maybe schedule 2 Classes back to back to accommodate more members to enroll. i.e. Class on Tuesday at 10; maybe schedule another class at either 9 am or 11am.
Everyone is so professionall and very helpful and concerned about my care.
So many things to do with totally up-to-date equipment. Very clean and rules for cleaning .

Friendliest staff, everyone is so helpful! I appreciate all of the camps and afterschool activities as well as the sports year around.
It is clean, well organized, phenomenally friendly and helpful staff. They have everything for everyone. I like that members are comingled, regardless of age, sex, physicality, and everyone is in pursuit of their own goals free from judgement or stigma.
First and foremost, the people who work there are friendly. The facility has new weights and machines that are well maintained and it is clean. Finally the location and the hours of operation are convenient.
Feel great after I take classes no matter what it is.

Lots of activities, well scheduled, good coaches, modern facility. All good.
1. Beautiful facility with lots of airy space.
2. Great teachers (especially Erica's Pilates)
3. Very friendly welcoming staff at front desk.
4. The cafe is a huge plus for breakfast or lunch after a workout.
5. Typically not a wait time for machines.
6. Childcare for parents is an asset.
7. Plenty of parking.

Great gym, clean and great people. The only thing I’d recommend is this (and coming from a lot of fellow gym-goers): the squat racks need more plates. Since you’ve added the 3rd squat rack, the amount of plates available has diminished and all of the racks are looking bare. There’s not a time I use the squat rack where I don’t have to steal plates from other racks or not ask others to borrow their plates. It’s quite inefficient in having to go get plates across the gym for an appliance that has all the racks in the world to hang plates from. Each squat rack should be loaded with available plates and utilize all that rack real estate. And adding more plates to bench press units and other machines would not hurt either :)

It’s a beautiful facility. Always pristine. There are many offerings and a lot of equipment. The Y is teeming with children, older adults and every age in between. It’s a great place to be!
