Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The Y seems generally like a great facility to have locally in our area. However, the reason I am giving such a great score is because of the staff I have interacted with so far at the Y. Joe Dapper helped us get set up as members which involved multiple in person meetings and several online communications. He was always extremely polite, responsive and honestly is just a great guy. I could not be happier with the level of service Joe provided us in answering all of our questions and his care and thoughtfulness to our families needs. Given you employee such a great guy like Joe, I can only assume you do a great job taking care of your employees

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The Y is clean and staff at front desk are very welcoming (at least those I meet at 6-7 AM). The weight machines are sufficiently numerous that there are no long waits and are in ample number and variety. The other clients are also pleasant and helpful!

Wonder new facility! Cleanliness. Shout out to Chelsea Hale for running the Live Strong Program. Preschool swim class (10:15 Saturday) instructor very thorough and compassionate with the young children.

The swim teachers are very patient with the little ones! My oldest is almost 100% out of his floaty

Jerry and Stephanie are amazing! Their kindness and patience is incredible. It's so hard to find services or programs patient and understanding enough to work with our kiddo. We are so lucky to have found them.
