Tony's class on sunday was great - very challenging. I went to Annie's class on Saturday. She is the best. Great at commanding the room, but also adjusting to teach multiple skill levels at once.
Great class with the perfect sequence. The instructors ability to guide thru the class was commendable.
The instructors are nice and welcoming. I like especially those few instructors who know hard but natural flows in practice. Also those whose speeches are loud, clear and confident.

Amazing class
I absolutely love the Winchester studio and all the instructors. However, in the HPF in studio 1, some instructors need to open the doors more often and for longer, especially in the summer when there is almost no breeze. The room gets extremely hot, to the point that even after practicing HPF for 2 and a half years, it becomes unbearable for me to stay in the room.

I was working in the Bay Area for five weeks. I first went to Core Power in Santa Clara Square which was a very negative experience that I don't need to get into here. I decided to try a different location of Core Power toward the end of my trip.
The experience at Golden Triangle was 100% opposite of Santa Clara. The facilities were clean and well kept, there was no chaos at check-in and the instructor I had for the two Saturdays that I went (Amanda Belong) was an ace at leading a class. And there was parking! (I spent 15 minutes circling for a spot at Santa Clara).
When I am back in the South Bay area, I will be sure to come back (to Golden Triangle)! I wish I had gone there first instead of Santa Clara Sqaure-

Good, thanks for getting the Studio cleaned up. The showers were very dirty and I can see action has been taken since I last left a comment on it
Parking was easy, the C1 class only had 3 students -which turned into a good way to help my practice

Katerina’s class was great! Great music, amazing flow/sequencing. I’m surprised she’s only been teaching for only 7 months. Would easily take her class again.

Nice classes. Hope there is a sculpt class on Sundays. For Friday sculpt class, how it will be moved to later, not easy to take a sculpt class at 6am.
