It was overall a good class, although the flow was a little fast for me. I would prefer to hold the poses a little longer. I did get a nice workout, though.
Emily is a talented instructor. Love her classes! Neither studio has columns in the room. Locker area is clean and stocked with the toiletries required for freshening up after class
