Hi there,
I am wondering if it's possible for teachers to ask students to dim their apple watch screens before class starts? And to make a sign asking that of students also. I find it terribly distracting when students (or teachers for that matter) wear their smart watches and the clocks are highlighted on their wrists throughout the class. It's really hard to stay in the moment when I am seeing the time highlighted all around me as my neighbors wear their "clocks" on their wrists. I wish people treated the smart watches with the same etiquette asked of us with our phones. Turn them off. Hide the screen.
Thanks for your consideration.

The Dream team was at the front desk when I checked in the other day (Pegah, Amy, Nora & Jenna). I wished I could have taken classes at the same time from all 4 of them at the same time haha! They’re all amazing.
HPF class with John is excellent. The pace is good and so are the cues. He is encouraging throughout the class, and i love the levity he brings to the class. Yoga shouldn’t be so serious! Great teacher and space.
I like my instructor Emma and the welcoming environment

I loved the class, great balance between strength and cardio and yoga, and the people and the facilities were great, I just felt like the class was jammmm packed.
Studio is clean and friendly. Great classes and teachers too.
Great instructors.
CorePower quickly becomes a community to which you belong--from the teachers who greet you at check-in, to the fellow students in each class, and the informal conversations after practice, all combine to make workouts a positive and welcoming experience. Most important, you meet yourself on the mat, coming to awareness of your own mental habits, how you talk to yourself through challenges or difficult poses. The classes foster body-mind awareness, and there's nothing better for grounding yourself in your own purpose and experience.
I've really enjoyed Core Power. The teachers are personable and remember your name!
I have done yoga for 25 years and have never found a better place than Core Power Yoga in St. Paul. The studio buzzes with vitality and envelopes you in a sense of warmth and belonging-no matter what level you are. I brought my daughter-in-law to her first class recently and Ken made her feel so welcome. His class works your entire body inside and out—it’s addictive. Another teacher, Nora, makes every class fun and challenging and ends with “I love you all” and she means it. I’m so glad I found my “home” yoga studio.
Mike M is a fantastic instructor, he is energizing, motivating and delivers a fun, solid workout!

Classes and great teachers!
I felt like it was a good full-body workout, and challenging in the best way possible
I go to St Louis Park for Kim’s Saturday classes, whether that’s 75 minute CP2 and Restore or Restore and Hot. I typically double up on her classes. I really enjoy her mantras of class which speak to me and touch me. Class mantras that I’m able to apply in my practice off my yoga mat/studio. I typically practice at Maple Grove but travel to St Louis Park for Kim’s classes.
I reactivated my CPY membership to be able to take Kim’s class. In my previous membership, I also followed Kim when she taught in Edina (from my Maple Grove home studio).

I loved my first Strength X class. Wendy is amazing!
