I'm hearing impaired and I really appreciated that she ensured we could hear her by lowering the volume of the music. In some classes - especially yoga sculpt - i have a hard time hearing the instructor. If I'm new to the class it's incredibly frustrating.

It's great to have the instructors so kindly welcome me into the studio (has been a while), and direct me to where I can store my belongings and answer any little questions. It's not much, but I found it to be very inviting, and a very pleasant interaction.

Great classes offered and teachers!
They offer classes that challenge my fitness skills and offer heated yoga within driving distance for me. Their facilities are clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable with class questions.
I have only been to this location a few times, but it feels like home. Great schedule and great support team. Thank you for treating me so well and giving me the support I need.

Great Yoga!
Love the location, teachers, and studio rooms. However, I'm quite surprised that the studio was closed for a month for a refresh, yet none of the moldy shower caulk or extreme dust build up on the locker room ceilings was addressed.

Location is fantastic facility is clean
I wish the Apple Valley location has a variety of c classes- like c1.5 as there are many more c2 classes and I feel the heat is turned up more than the other studios. As I got to witness this when apple valley was studio was closed and I visited other locations. The other studios also turn the fans on to get rid of all the heat towards the end of class.
I don’t mind hot classes but when I walk into c2 in Apple Valley MN its just like I am walking into a sauna and my water bottle is dripping with condensation and class has not even started yet.
Thank you for my consideration! I really like the workouts and try to go 3 times a week the instructors are fabulous and can tell they really like what they are doing(in all the locations I have been to)
Great teacher!
This was an excellent class. The instructor did a great job of explaining the moves, demonstrating, and putting together a great workout flow. The music was not too loud so I could hear her and she offered helpful cues. The music was motivating and I loved her positive talk as we were wrapping up class. I would highly recommend the studio and this class.
