Great location, very clean and spacious.
I wanted to share some feedback about my experience at the Minnetonka studio. First, I want to say how much I love the instructor! Dani is so incredible and creates a sense of community amongst all of the diverse participants. Dani creates such an inspiring and welcoming environment, and their teaching style really enhances my practice.
That said, I’ve noticed a couple of opportunities for improvement:
Studio Retail Options: It would be wonderful to see more inclusive sizing options in the retail offerings. Expanding to include plus sizes would reflect a commitment to making all students feel seen and supported.
Class Variety on Thursdays: I noticed there aren’t any hot yoga classes in the region on Thursdays. Adding this option would be a great addition to the schedule for those of us who enjoy hot yoga midweek.

I love the heated rooms! Not all yoga studios have heat. Also, Highland Park has a parking lot which I really appreciate. Driving in circles looking for parking has made me late enough to miss class one time!

I have a history of herniated discs and terrible sciatica pain, I have been struggling to figure out a workout regiment that is low impact but still delivers the right aerobic/anaerobic workout that will get my heart pumping and my body moving. While I've only been going for a little more than a week at this point, I've been really happy with what I have experienced at this facility. The staff and instructors are super welcoming and I can already feel my body changing.

I have a regular routine at the gym. I like the sweat and stretching involved with the C2. Before I need a chiropractor, but now my body feels great and there is no need. Plus I need to work on my balance. Turns out I have non.
Really good flow in the C2 class. Sculpt is always a delightful challenge. Teachers are great.
I love the Northeast Studio. There is good vibe from the yogis who come here. Sam is such a great teacher!
