The theme and structure of this class was excellent. Although it was my fist class with this instructor (whose name I can't remember at the moment) it was clear she is very thoughtful and prepared for class.

I love strength X and wish there were more times available at Highland! Always appreciate how clean the studio is and that there isn't essential oil being blasted everywhere like at some other studios (I'm allergic). It has also been nice that in summer most people are taking their shoes off by the door again and aren't tracking gross stuff all over! Much appreciated!

Everything! The instructors are amazing. I love them all. Best workout I’ve ever had, and I’ve done it all, tried it all. They’re super friendly and remember my name, makes my feel noticed. They show you ways to adapt a move if you need it. Plenty of options for time and style of classes to choose from.
