I've filled this out before. I'm happy,happy with Core Power Yoga. I prefer some instructors over others which is typical for that type of business. Karle Kraus, the manager, is a rock star not only in class but running and maintaining the program and studio.

Paul’s classes are my favorite. He makes wonderful connections with his students and takes the time to make sure students are activating the right muscles and setting up their postures safely. He is genuinely passionate about yoga and his passion comes through to his students. You are lucky to have him!

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles. I was made to feel at home immediately. Sarah was so sweet and she put us through a killer hot yoga class. I haven't smiled while sweating like that in a long time (probably never). I would 10/10 recommend this studio to anyone who is looking for a welcoming community of people with amazing coaches. Keep changing lives! I'll be back

The positive vibes the teachers put out during class. That push to go a like deeper in the squat, one more rep, etc. Their motivation is contagious. I attend M,W,F sculpt classes and LOVE IT.
The battle is getting up at 4am, not the Class itself. Thank you for forcing me to focus on myself for that 60 minutes.
