Studio is clean. Never crazy crowded. Wish the locker room could be bigger but it’s okay. Parking is okay! Staff is awesome!

I’ve been an avid yoga sculpter at CorePower for over a year now, and not only has it done wonders for my physical well being, but my mental well being, too. All of the teachers at Highland Park are exceptional! They do a great job keeping us motivated, guiding us through safe and effective workouts, and all around being very friendly and welcoming. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this studio!
The sessions are fun and really get one in shape. As for the instructors, you couldn’t get a better bunch.
Yoga is accessible with Elizabeth teaching. I felt encouraged and everyone was smiling after class.
