Paul gave the best C2 class. I hope to be able to make it back next week for both the C2 and Restorative classes he teaches. I go to yoga to relax and get some great strengthening exercise. His class was extremely soothing, while it was also energizing. Perfect combo of the two!
Why would I recommend your Highland location, given almost all of your instructors in the Twin Cities are top notch? What’s left but commenting on the facilities, which are great. I love going to Highland, Grand and NE. The others I haven’t been to, except Roseville which everyone knows should cost half as much.

It is a very caring loving safe environment.
I like the hot power fusion classes, and the c1 classes, because of the set sequence of poses. They are good physical therapy for my aging body, and help prevent injury. They are gentle and help me become stronger.

The instructors are excellent and friendly. I like the variety of types of classes offered and times they are offered. And the Woodbury location is very convenient.
I love taking class with Nora! I have taken class from her since 2011! The Grand Avenue studio is lovely and I appreciate the parking they have in back of the building.
Already mentioned to Lindy. I like the remodel studio. But you need to call the contractors back. The showers don’t get hot. There’s mold growing on the bottom of the shower curtains. And the soap dispensers have all fallen off the wall. Mostly I really appreciate a hot shower. And right now the temperature is too cold.
