Always such great staff and a great community for yoga
There is no way I would be working out as much or be as fit as I am if I didn't belong to Core Power. I love the classes, instructors and other members. I'm really blessed to have been introduced to core power. I actually said out loud 2 days ago in Minnetonka, as two people moved there mats and other things over to make room for me, "Is everybody this nice here? It's like working out with a roomful of fit Quakers!"

While things have been a little shaky lately with teachers you are almost always guaranteed a great workout! Consistency in teacher quality in group fitness makes or breaks a workout facility!

I love the variety of classes offered and the number of classes throughout the day- I can choose times at my convenience according to my schedule. Particularly love the offerings of Hot Yoga as well.

My instructor was great! The Highland Park studio seemed a little more "musty" smelling than the SLP and Edina studios where I normally go, but otherwise a very good experience.
Maddie is awesome! She helped me out at the front desk and then she was also our teacher.
