The doors were locked for the class. The instructor scheduled did not show up. The one that boys to teach the following class arrived in time for the start of our original class and quickly pivoted. She called someone who took her class and she jumped in with Grace and peace and let us through our class. I was impressed in her ability to think quickly and create a fantastic class for us.

Warm welcome from staff when arriving to class. It feels like a family. And the example of how to care for yourself and be committed to your practice the way our teachers are is very inspiring and makes all the difference in showing up especially when it may not be easy to hey to the mat for class. Always so calming once there on the mat and the teachers really challenge us to do our best practice but in a calming manner.

I was nervous to come because I have not taken a hot yoga class for a number of years. Thought I would feel old and out of place. I felt so welcomed and not intimidated at all. Really enjoyed the hot fusion class. Thank you!
I’m a CPY member visiting from Honolulu, Hawaii for an unexpected family emergency. A family member is hospitalized nearby and it meant so much to take a much needed self care break at your studio. The instructor, Emily was so welcoming and supportive of my situation. The class helped my physical and emotional health; and being able to take a shower with your hair/body care products after a long flight and an overnight in the hospital was therapeutic. Emily was a great instructor - encouraging and motivating to students at varying levels..Thanks CPY Eden Prairie and heartfelt mahalo to Emily for her kindness and compassion.
My instructor Alan T. Is amazing. Class was a combination of excellent & thorough postures combined with a true understanding that not every student responds to the same instruction. It was just magical.
