It's a great community with diverse women and men. With so many things and events around us pulling us away from each other, this is a place where we can reconnect and acknowledge the value in every person. Every practice is offered as an opportunity to ground ourselves and reconnect.
Loved Deanna and her playlist was bomb! As for the studio itself, it wasn’t fresh or cleaned properly. The mirrors were smudged and the floors had dried sweat from previous sessions.

Teachers that put thought and research into their classes- Crystal, Annie, Autumn, Alana, Krissi, Jamie. These teachers should be paid more bc they are worth it.
