I loved Kyle’s class!!! He is a fantastic teacher already!
However, it’s very challenging to take a class in studio 1. It does not get very hot in the room at all, it was not hot enough and not humid at all! I asked, and he told me the heat was set at 90 but only reached 80. The room is also very tight, even with about 15 of us in there. It felt very temporary.
I know there’s a 7 am, but maybe we could move this class to 545? Or make this class or the 7 am (or both!) 45 minutes to accommodate both in studio 2?
I love Kyle as a teacher, but taking sculpt in studio 1 just isn’t ideal at all.

The teachers are almost always friendly and do an excellent job teaching. I know what to expect, and the classes are consistent and challenging.

Great facilities. The coach Candice was hilarious and a great instructor. Really appreciated her authenticity. The rest of the staff was super professional and helped move the line quickly so people could get to class on time.

The instructor was great. I really liked that she lowered the volume to ensure we heard the next sequence of movements.
The studio is friendly and warm.
No matter which core power I visit the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The workouts are challenging but the teachers always promote doing what you can so I feel very comfortable modifying and catching my breath if I need to. Love it!!
