An excellent instructor who creates a warm, welcoming environment. The candles and gradual build-up during the 6 a.m. session make it feel truly special and engaging. Even with my lack of flexibility and skill, I never feel out of place—this feels like a safe, supportive space. It’s genuinely a highlight of my week.

This was my first yoga class after recovery from gender-affirming surgery, and the instructor was both very chill about the trans thing (sadly, not always a given!) and provided really useful modifications so I could start getting to know my new body. I felt GREAT after our class!
