I’ve been attending CorePower Yoga for a while now, and it’s been an amazing experience! The classes offer the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation, with instructors who are both knowledgeable and encouraging. The heated studios create a great environment for deep stretching and detoxification, and I always leave feeling refreshed and stronger.
Marissa is a passionate, thoughtful and motivating teacher. You are very fortunate to have her on staff in Sauganash. Also this studio remains the nicest, largest, cleanest studio of the 17 I have visited across the US.
The staff were very friendly and the group instructor Rose did an excellent job. It was both a great work out and a very relaxing experience. I greatly appreciated her explanations of the positions, what their significances were, and how she concluded the class. Overall it was certainly an experience I’d recommend to a friend.
