Good instructors, like the studios at Old Town and Uptown (have been to one in the loop and gold coast that felt too cramped), convenient classes/lots of time options (although later in the day on the weekend would be nice.
I choose more of the classes based on time but some of the instructors are amazing. On average overall quality pretty good.

On my Thursday morning 5/14 6am class at the West Loop I accidentally ran into a 15 lb weight that was sticking out from under the rack on the floor. Warm, welcoming, clean facilities, great classes.
I like the teachers. They are warm and friendly. All have a different style of teaching which makes taking the classes fun.
My only wish for this location is for more non-heated classes.
