I really enjoyed the class and felt that it was a good way to start my way back into yoga.
Kayleigh was a greater leader of the session. She caught on that she started off taking to softly and then really got into the grove after only a few.minutes. Great first session as an instructor.
I love the flow. I am constantly impressed with the skills that are taught by the instructors. I have found all the classes to be physically and emotionally stimulating.

I love the teachers and environment. The studio is so welcoming and fun. Whether you are an experienced yoggi or a beginner, you belong. I have never felt like I was not wanted in the studio and that is hard to find at gyms. The classes are fun but also hard. 12/10 would recommend to everyone!!

The instructors are simply "out of this world" fantastic: Elena, Lana, Joey, Michael, Laura N., Lulu. Can't say enough great things about them. Warm and wonderful community atmosphere. Knowledgeable, funny and imaginative.
Clean nice place with friendly inspiring staff
The teachers and classes are outstanding. I do wish the studio replaced their 3 and 5 pound weights which are pretty beat up and considerably older than what I see in other studios. I also thing the floors and mirrors need to be cleaned between classes.
