It works for me! i’ve never stuck with anything at the gym and I’ve had really good results with the exercise coach. Today was my first day back after missing six or seven weeks through the thumb surgery. It was good to be back.

Everything! That's why I've been coming there for 4+ years twice a week! It's made a big difference in my health and that has carried over to the rest of my life! After heart failure 10+ years ago and then participating in Cardiac Rehab for almost 10+ years (still going 3 days a week even now) then coming to Exercise Coach 4 years ago and seeing the difference both have made in my life, I'm grateful!
