I really enjoy coming in, spending only 20 minutes, and feeling like I had a good hour of strength training. The studio is always clean and it is super convenient.
The Ballantyne Studio is a professional and proficient exercise studio.
The location is so convenient for me.  A friendly hello is always waiting for me 
when I arrive.  The trainer is always on time and ready, which is important.  
The staff is so knowledgeable and challenging.  They keep great focus and 
we move through the sessions smoothly.   I, personally, look forward to every
visit.  I have experienced great personal growth in the short time I have been

I like that I feel comfortable coming to the studio. It is easier for me than a traditional gym. Most of the coaches are friendly and easy to work with. I appreciate when they encourage me and help me see where I am improving. I had both of my knees replaced, and it was nice when the coaches (TaI) checked in on me as I recuperated. Coming back after 8 weeks out was pretty easy and coaches helped me ease into my routines. I like that the studio is cool enough so I don't get too sweaty as I work out. I enjoy using the app to schedule my appointments.
This studio runs like a clock… always on time… very helpful, extremely efficient scheduling system and friendly, attentive staff…I look forward to going and feel a sense of accomplishment after each session.

I love the convenience of scheduling sessions with my coach online, which keeps me accountable for showing up. Since each session is only 20 minutes, it's hard to find an excuse to skip. The appointments create a manageable weekly commitment that fits easily into my schedule. I've experienced significant strength gains without any real soreness or injuries.
