It is clean and kept sanitized after each use. It is not noisy or overwhelming, just soft background music enough to motivate you though. Love working with my trainers one on one they are most encouraging and want me to do better. They are a great motivator. I love that I am in and out in 20 minutes the 20 minutes is intense, but my results speak for themselves. My clothes fit better. I more confidence. My blood pressure has been lowered as well. What more could you ask for!!!
The owners are amazing. Program is great and it’s just super hard for me to get there. They’ve been gracious about extending my package and I would love to work there at some point (I have years of fitness experience). I still cannot book via MBO (I guess due to my package ) which is an opp for improvement but I think that’s out of the company’s control

I appreciate the attitude and help of the wonderful coaches, the workout itself, the punctuality, the cleanliness of the equipment and studio and the short duration of the exercises. I have a neck injury and have not found any issues with these exercises. Thank you!

It is the best workout I have ever done. I am seeing results after doing two, 20 minutes strength training sessions per week. It’s efficient and quick and everyone who has helped me as an instructor has been wonderful and top notch. I truly believe that joining The Exercise Coach has made a long-term impact on my health as I get older.
