Team aspect, two man scrambles, and coaching
My daughter really enjoys the team aspect of the event and getting to play with different partners. She really enjoyed the all-star event that she was able to participate in this year as well. Liked the level of competition and getting to play with a higher skilled player as well.
I love that my son was able to go out and play holes on the course. The acknowledgement from staff st the course of his participation is great. He loves getting up early to go to JR LEAGUE and he is NOT a morning person.
Our coach Joey was great at encouraging and challenging our daughter. He made it fun and she wants to do it again.

Excellent program where skills are learned! The leader/pro (Kerry Fitzgerald) is just a wonderful person and helps the kids a lot.
The lessons to get started were valuable. The team atmosphere was a lot of fun. Encouraging the golfers to meet new people every week is very valuable and this was the first year of trying this. It is a wonderful event for beginner golfers and grows confidence in the golfers. Everyone learns a lot and having some success is so encouraging.

A provides a good avenue for younger children to compete at the appropriate level and get them into the game of golf so that they can grow their skills for years to come.
PGA Jr. League gave my son (and his teammates and friends) many wonderful opportunities to compete, play, practice and learn. My only regret is that we didn't sign him up sooner. He has one more year of Junior eligibility and we are looking forward to it!
