Consumer Testimonials
Really great entry into competitive golf. Excellent coaching, and my son enjoyed the low-pressure competition.
It gives exposure to competitive play.
Coach Lucas is excellent and the kids continue to build on their skills over the years. There is good continuity and consistency with the training in the program.
Great environment for young kids to learn the game of golf.
Great way to learn competitive golf
Both of our boys developed a real love for the game of golf this season. We were so proud to see them grow—not just in their skills and strategy—but in their ability to work as part of a team. The camaraderie among the players, the incredible guidance from their coaches, and the friendships they built along the way made it a truly special experience. We’re already looking forward to next year being part of The Bull at Pinehurst Farm's junior program again!
great way for kids to learn about competitive golf in a fun setting
Competitive aspect structured around team support. Great to meet other young golfers (and golf parents) in the area.
Indoor facility
Coaching, Teammates, opportunities for both practice and competition in a supportive atmosphere
I think the coaching staff is fantastic. Best option for the kids!
The coaches and families!
One on one coaching.
Learning proper etiquette
Kids can play 9 holes as a team. It makes a solo sport feel like a real team sport. The colored team jerseys are a great way to add to the team vibe. Love the instruction from the coach whether it's technical or course related tactical.
This was organized extremely well, communicated to us well and the kids had a lot of fun playing some golf this summer! This were always prepared and ready for us which made it easier.
I liked the structure of the program, it was well organized and it was really fun to watch the kids play against eachother.
What I would add is I wish there was a way to add more of a lesson opportunity as part of the program. Maybe there is and I am just not familiar with it but more of a skills practice opportunity.
The only other feedback I would give is that groups of three are really hard to manage asking a golfer to sit for multiple holes feels like we aren't maximizing our time on the course and makes it slightly less enjoyable for the golfer. It would be better if all three players could always golf every hole. At this level the kids are competitive but I also think they would be understanding, even if this offers a bit of an advantage to a group of three. We could keep it moving quickly even if we did this.
It was our first year this year and having parents who were super knowledgeable in our foursome was also very, very helpful! They were able to help coach and encourage the kids of those of us with less knowledge about how PGA Jr. works. Thanks for that! I would highly recommend this to others!
This was our first experience with PGA Jr leaque and it was a good one. We were very happy with my son's coach and the guidence he provided. Looking forward to next season.
We had such a great experience at Stoughton Country club with Ryan. He was so kind and workable with my boys and we enjoyed going to different clubs to play. Will definitely continue this next summer!
Amount of golf time available to kids. Wish there was more scheduled instruction time.
Allowed my child to come out of his shell, enjoy the game of golf and grow in his teamwork and leadership skills
Love the new indoor faculty. Ian and Kristen are great: they run things very smoothly, their communication is top notch and the kids play some fun challenging courses.
Great learning opportunity for young golfers.
Coaches were great with the kids and communicated well with their parents.

Great program!
The coaches were great, communication was awesome and my son always had a great time!
The organization of the program.
It is an amazing program, the coaches are amazing working with the kids, learning to be better players, learning to be a part of a team.
Coaches were great and team play was a great idea for the kids.
Great coaching and good way for golf to be both competitive and fun.

I like the two man best ball format, but can be uneven when a two man team plays a three man team
