This league is a great learning experience for junior golfers. It does a great job preparing them for a long golf career.
This was our first year participating in the PGA JL. Our son had a great experience this summer! He was excited for the competition and the challenge each week. His skills certainly improved, as he played with peers at different skill levels. He also gained a huge understanding of teamwork, and all that comes along with being an athlete. The communication from PGA JL was great. The PGA JL swag was also very nice and perfect for hot Texas summer golf. We are also grateful for our course and the golf foundation we have been with for the past 3 years. This was our first summer competing and every HOT moment was truly worth it! We are looking forward to the next season.

Everything was good except the tournaments were spaced over 2 months. A bit too long in between in my opinion.

Great way to introduce golf to kids. Tournament play can be very intimidating and this helps builds students confidence before they take that step. The team concept is great too.

I liked it way better at Palo Duro creek golf Club this year much better than w Amarillo Country Club last year. The pros really care about the kids. My only complaint is not letting the kids putt enough. Seems they’d always be picking up. And my kid is actually a decent golfer. Even if it’s close let them practice putting!
Our son had a blast and learned a ton. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and truly care about the kids having a good time and learning the sport.
Excellent coaches who worked great with the the kids! Engaged them with competitive activities that developed and improved skills. Not just about the swing, it about learning the rules and etiquette of the game.
