The education and the opportunity to play no matter what your social class or experience. I also love that the family cup brings families together and helps them get active while learning to play a sport they can play for the rest of their lives.

Great format that let children learn to play golf at a fun pace
We like the format, the focus on teamwork and teaching them to shake hands (prior to COVID), making eye contact, introducing yourself, working together to figure out who's ball to play, etc. Also, the season is short which makes it low commitment so we can work it in with our kids' other activities. The gear they receive is AWESOME and they love earning the stickers for their bag tags. We have participated for the past 5 years!

Everything! My 6-year-old twin boys really enjoy learning the game by playing on their PGA Jr. League team. They have invited many of their friends to join the team as well and it makes it fun for them to be on the golf course with their buddies.
I love that this program is the best was to introduce young kids to the game of golf. It is a fun and low pressure way for kids to learn the basics and determine if golf is a sport they would like to pursue. It is also a great way for more experienced players to mentor the less experienced ones.

I loved the format and amount of practice/matches. It was the right amount of everything for my 7 year old. My son loves the jerseys/pullover/hat and I felt it was a good quality for the money.
Coach Dave did a great job explaining everything but not making it too competitive for the first timers.

They make golf fun for the kids. I like the convenience of the PGA being offered at Gentle Creek which is very close to my home. I like the instructors for the program. I also think it's a good value. I like the tournament play.
