Great coach. Laid back and fun atmosphere.
It was great. My son was in the Mini Mulligans and will move up next year. I don't think the grand finale should have been held on an executive course that's my only complaint.
Awesome experience for the youth not just in golf but in the many things they learn.
Kids learn the game of golf in a great environment. They learn to support each other as part of a team.
The positive atmosphere while playing a best ball team format is great for kids to learn the game of golf, while not feeling so pressured playing alone. My daughter has gained something different from each of the kids and coaches. It has been a wonderful experience.
Team and low pressure environment for golf.
This was a very organized approach to instructing and introducing competition to young golfers. My son thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to practice alongside his peers and learned so much about the game - from rules and etiquette to strategy. We saw dramatic improvement over the course of 8 weeks.
Great program all around -- Coaches, mentoring, learning new skills all great things!
Well organized, great exposure for kids, and gets them out playing golf at a young age.
PGA Jr. is a great way for kids to learn golf and have fun. My son played for his second year and enjoyed every minute.
Team format.
great fun for the kids and gives them a chance to compete at a not so serious level
Small teams that focus on the interest of the kids who really enjoy the game of golf.
The format is terrific; PGA jr. League is a great way to introduce young players to the fun of competitive golf in a way that reduces pressure and parental involvement.
Lot of fun and a nice format !!
I really liked how positive and friendly all the coaches I dealt with were. Alan Smith was so great with the kids.
Cooperation among players. The fun and structure.
The team format
Great experience for the kids! Loved that they play on professional courses, but play best ball to speed things up and keep the game moving and the kids engaged. Also, most importantly, everyone is so extremely supportive and positive! Wonderful environment to experience! Thanks!
I like the way kids learn the principles of the game and camaraderie in competition.
Although I think more instructors are needed, in lieu of parent volunteers, it was wonderful to see the very young students beginning to learn and appreciate the skills necessary for golf.
The coaches and teammates
Children are introduced to a sport which will challenge them and provide enjoyment for the rest of their lives. They interact and participate in practice sessions given by a professional. Very few other sports out there can boast that claim!
It's a good opportunity for young kids to get used to playing with other kids their age.
As a parent I love seeing the friendships formed from this league. I think we have the best PGA professional heading up our league. He takes the extra time to work with each child as needed. Not only does he help with their swing, he also works on the mental side of the game with them. We played in the 17u group this year and the mental side has helped so much as we have moved into high school golf.
It was awesome for the kids to get with others interested in golf and get introduced to some competition.
Great way to begin competitive golf for kids.
Simply The Best!!!!
Great team work, and practice.
