It's a great way for children to gain exposure to golf
I have had at least one if not two kids in the Jr League for the last 3 years and it has been a very positive experience for them and me as a parent. As a parent I appreciate the coordination and communication that comes from the league but more importantly our coach, Gary Sassu. Gary is simply amazing. He is wonderful with the kids and clearly communicates with the parents involved. From my kids perspective they simply adore Gary as a coach and mentor. They have also enjoyed playing in the league while finding it both fair and challenging enough to push them to become better players and responsible members of society.
The staff at all courses really do a great job with the kids, and keeping them engaged and making sure they are balancing competitiveness, sportsmanship, and skills.
Format is supportive of growth and teamwork!
We had a wonderful experience with Jenny Mancini leading the group at Hop Meadow CC. All of the coaches in the surrounding area are fantastic and really great with the kids. Our two little players are surely learning to love the game of Golf. Thank you so much for continuing with this program.

Our coach Jeff Beale was absolutely fantastic. The events were organized and fun, and he kept the kids engaged at all times. He was ever present on the course during matches, ensuring that everyone was following the rules but having a good time, helping with pace of play, and keeping sprits up. We are very lucky to have such a dedicated coach for our kids.
