Coaches are great!!
The kids had fun and learned a lot!
Kid friendly
PGA Jr program is a great stepping stone for my kids. My 9th grader has found golf again and is playing for his HS team. My 7th grade daughter has played PGA Jr a few years ago and is getting back into golf. She is also playing this fall for a local HS team. Our youngest 5th grader is new to the game but made sub regional qualifiers in Drive, Chip & Putt. She is also active in the Jr program and has asked me to sign her up again in the fall. The girls were also able to participate in the PGA Jr Allstar tournament and loved how well organize it was. We like the program mainly because it allows the kids to play golf and build confidence throughout the season. They also get to play at different golf courses, even some very nice ones. Most importantly, we now find golf fun to play and we get to spend time together.
PGA Jr is a great kids golf program. My kids gets to play at many area courses. He has made lots of friends on his team as well and the team is such a supportive aspect.
Teamwork and kids pushing each other to improve. They learn to make a group decision on each shot and how to compete.
They teach us new things and very interactive and fun!
The opportunity to participate in organized sports, the skills learned, and relationships formed.
The coach helped my child with improving his swing and being on a team with other golfers. He loved the different levels of everyone's progress as well as his own. We will be signing up for fall.
We loved that the coaches made it a fun and safe place for the kids to play as a team! We make sure our kids play a sport that they love and have fun in, not to just win. We also make sure what they enjoy is a safe and friendly environment!
We love that it is in our neighborhood, Coach is great, and gives our son more playing time
My son liked playing a match every week. 9 holes was very doable and he liked the scramble format.
I love the team approach for the kids
Coach Cami Berher of Tega Cay is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable. She challenges my daughter and pushes her to give it her best.
PGA League in general is a great opportunity for kids to learn and play golf.

Our entire family loves the Jr. PGA. It teaches more than golf it instills patience, character, and positive sportsmanship. Coach Daniel Byrd is an incredible coach and extremely supportive of kids of all ages. We will be back.

It was just terrific!
The coaching was fantastic and it was a great way to get my kids out onto the course.
Our son loved the team aspect of this league. Coach Bryan and Alex were awesome.
We have the most amazing coach - Bob Brooks - at Gillespie in Greensboro. He genuinely cares about the kids and about them learning and improving their game. The focus with him isn’t about winning - it’s about growing and getting better. This has been the perfect facility and coach for my kids to grow their love of golf!
The Thornblade PGA Junior League Professional was just that, super professional and did an outstanding job with the kids!!! We need more PGA Pro's like Malika Allie.

The PGA Jr League brings a new aspect to golf because the kids can play together as a team. I think this is essentially for Golf if we want to keep the kids playing it.
I made the experience with my son even very successful he didn’t want to play anymore because he never had a real team. Now doing yearlong swimming he’s practicing with his team and everyone is cheering for each other.
How can give golf the same emotions and experience to kids to keep them?
