Consumer Testimonials
The coaches were amazing. We had two kids in the program who went from just hitting balls once in a while to actually playing games against other kids. I would highly recommend this program and will definitely enroll the kids again next year.
Learning golf and good competition
My grandson received plenty of one on one instruction. Instructors really cared about the students.
Playing with friends!
Great coaches, positive environment, they set the kids up on really nice courses, the swag handed out at the beginning was top notch, all the kids who play are nice kids, it’s a great introduction to golf and my son loves it
Awesome to get children involved in a great game. Cleared the course for them. Our team at quidnessett did an outstanding job. All about having fun and improving. My son enjoyed the matches. Well done and this was our first year. Thank you Alex our assistant pro.
I think that it is over priced for not really having that many matches. I think the coaches need to let them know what they (kids) are doing wrong.
Coach Stephen is the best! He is amazing with kids.
Great program for junior golfers. Grateful for all the coaching moments for both of my golfers.
The coach at Nevel Meade, Robert Costello! He helped my son every step of the way and help sharpen his skills more then I think anyone could have!
Very user friendly and easy to access information.
Kids with kids
An awesome place with great coaches and kids.
A true treasure of NYC.
Thank you for all you do to provide golf training to kids who would have never had the opportunity to play golf.
Kudos!
Group classes are fun, interactive.
It was a great league and my daughter had a blast. She even got her first hole in one at age 10.
The atmosphere for the kids was awesome. Informative and instructional but mostly about fun!!! Shane and Bryce did an excellent job.
The structure of play and getting to play on other golf courses.
Great coaching and felt like my son grew this year in golf
Our club's professional staff is committed to our junior golfers. Both the practice session and the competitive round are focused on the kids. Family participation is encouraged and supported. The PGA Junior league at Del Paso CC promotes golf at its best to all involved.
This was my son’s favorite program this summer. Amazing instruction and organization of the program. It was a great program for my son First name removed (age 10) in his first year playing golf. App was great and scheduling was clear. The provided uniform was great. I wish they sold extra hats online and integrated into game changer app.
It was a great way for the kids to build confidence while learning how to play golf. The team atmosphere offered support and opportunities for the kids to cheer each other on.
Great experience. Great program kids get to know more about the sport. Coaches are great.
Our coach is great and the kiddos are learning to play golf and enjoying it. They also love traveling around to play on different courses and meet new friends.
The team atmosphere is much lower pressure than individual competition for younger golfers
Engagement of the coach
Weekly practices followed by the matches
Uniforms were a nice touch as well
I liked how informal it was. Our oracrice/lessons were on Sunday evening and we missed plenty of them (sports, camping, etc). I liked how there was no pressure to be there and they still got the opportunity to get great coaching as well.
I liked the format of the matches and how relaxed it all was. All the while, my kids were getting coached and improved a lot.
The two kid scramble format with no parents involved. Really makes golf a team sport which I think makes it really enjoyable for a kid.
I thought the PGA jr. league was an outstanding opportunity for young people to have an opportunity to learn gold and develop a love for the game of golf while simultaneously learning how to play the game and develop the skills necessary to play well. Everything about the Jr. League was positive and reinforcing.

What stands out to me most is how well organized PGA Jr. League is. The structure, communication, scheduling, and overall coordination make a huge difference as a parent. I’ve also loved seeing the friendships, confidence, sportsmanship, and growth my son has gained through the program.
