Great all round service. Got to test ride a couple different bikes before making a decision. I had my 3 yr old with me and she was treated very well while we were in the store.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great products.

I highly recommend U.P. Sport and Spoke and will be going back there in the future.

They are very customer oriented and went out of their way to exhaust every possible solution to my problem with my bike and I am extremely satisfied with the work they put in to help me. Very personalized service and friendly people. I could go to other sport shops that are closer to my home but it is worth the extra miles to go to UP Sport and Spoke.

They have been great to work with. I purchased a new Trex Roscoe last fall, they have been great with tune ups and service. I plan on buying my wife a new bike this fall and will definitely be going back to UP Sport and Spoke.
