Staff were very willing to take time to show-and-tell features of each available bike rack. We feel confident in our selection of a Yakima rack for 4 bicycles. It was easy to install and much nicer to use than our previous rack which had served us well for a couple decades.

Otherwise ... other merchandise (including clothing) was VERY nice and priced well.

What do you like about our products and services?

I drove 5 hours up for a long weekend and when I got to Iron Mt one of my road bike tires was flat. I stopped in and the service was outstanding! They first checked to see if it was just low and could hold air, it couldn't so they replaced my tube and had me out for a ride in about 20 minutes. The service was fast, friendly and i couldn't have been happier. I will do my bike shopping there as much as I can from 300 miles away. Wishing them the best during these tough times!

I was always shy to go into bike shops because I didn’t know much-

Lori and Mario were so nice and all of their staff are awesome and always willing to help (even though they are super busy-they do not make you feel like a bother at all)

Didn't have much for bikes that we were looking for. But that is understandable do to a shortage. What I appreciated that most and what is going to make me come back for future purchases was the service I received when I was there. Made me feel like I mattered and that I wasn't just another sale to them.
