Absolutely great service and staff but one ask.. Why can't the store play music at times when there aren't live sports on TV? Does anybody really want to hear golf highlights for something that happened a week ago? The TV's can stay on just turn the volume down and play some music.
I love this place, it’s super consistent no matter which stylist I get they do a great job and it’s upbeat and I leave feeling good and ready to get to work. I love that you can schedule ahead on the app, it’s so convenient!

Gretchen is great. Haven't a hair cutter in a decade that is that nice. Opening at 9 might be nice. Otherwise you're great!

Kimmie is always on point! She greets me with that sweet smile of hers, and if you ask her, and you’d think she never has a bad day because of her positive outlook. She remembers what I want in my haircut and does it quickly but professionally. She’s great, and I would recommend her to anyone!

The online check in process works well, you hardly have to wait when you get to the SE Washington Sports Clip in Portland.
