Jason assisted me with my query. This is not my first Trek so already know the brand somewhat and gave good confidence in the brand and manufacturing and hence this most recent purchase.

The service you get from My Bike shop is excellent. Nothing is an issue and they will do whatever they can to make sure you are getting what you want. I would not go anywhere else if i am looking at buying or repairing a bike.
