Fantastic customer service. I had an order in with another bike shop which I cancelled due to poor customer service and chose to purchase through My Bike Shop after a phone call in which I found the shop assistant very helpful, even returning phone calls regarding stock like he said he would.

Been dealing with MBS for a few years now and always found them willing & helpful. Trek bikes are well built, and the range caters for all levels of cyclists. Servicing of bikes is very good and staff will endeavor to fix minor mechanical issues for you on the spot if time permits.
