Have been with this company for a couple of years now and a great thing I can say is there have been no problems we have ever ran into. They have re-done their website which is nice and simple and clean and you can make an account and pay online and track some stuff. They do send a couple emails through the year but its nice when they remind you about pre-buy. Also, every time I have called in they have been super super nice.

Everyone at Earhart has been great, Ashley took good care to insure what needed to be done got done. Additionally when I called for a same day fill, the driver happened to be in the area and was able to fill my 1000 gallon tank within an hour of my initial call. Driver 1666 filled our tank today. My husband didn’t ‘t catch his name. He was friendly and professional. We are pleased we chose your company to provide propane for our new home.

I will be a returning customer this summer solely because of Brooke Hess, Customer Service Representative. Her thoughtfulness and understanding, her appreciation for a long time customer makes her an invaluable employee. I was extremely unhappy and already set on changing companies, no question. But then Brooke contacted me. I was surprised, to be honest. And she kept trying to reach me, in a good way - I'm bad about checking email, etc. I'm certain if she hadn't I would have just railed and moved on. I've been an extremely good customer for 10 years and I will only remain so because of Brooke Hess. I hope you make it worth her while to stay at Earhart - she's earned it.
