We have been a customer for years.....never had a problem until 12/26/22. Apparently we were scheduled for a delivery that day. Delivery got reschedule for next day. Furnace quit. Called repairman to come - he discovered we were out of propane. Called local office - we were able to get delivery that night. SO, $100.00 service call to furnace guy would not have been necessary - - if delivery had been made as scheduled. We are elderly and could not go without heat. Needless to say - dissappointed and out $100.00 - but now warm.

Have been a long time customer. Very friendly when I call in to set up a delivery, she said it would be 5 to 7 days, got delivery in 5 days.

I appreciate the ability to have monthly payments automatically deducted. It makes paying for propane more affordable. I also appreciate the fact that the company monitors our propane and comes out to fill our tank when it is at the appropriate amount. Very convenient .
