Every time I call the office the staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. If I call last minute to get grain dryer fuel (because my husband forgets) they deliver almost immediately and never complain. Not to us anyway! I like the price guarantee and autopay. And also the devices that send the tank percentage to the company, so I don't have to check all 4 tanks that have that service. I have recommended Earhart/Superior to numerous people.
