There are varieties of programs available in many different areas . One can choose that are of interest to you, and can do it. Different programs for age appropriate individuals. The staff is extraordinary. Very friendly always willing to help. I enjoy, pool activities and char yoga.
Also some of silver sneakers circuit and classic. I am very happy with the facility and the instructors.

I have enjoyed and benefited from many years of participation in the Water Aerobics (Aqua Fit) classes. I credit my 85-year-old flexibility to this program.

I only use the pool and Victoria has scheduled morning and afternoon open swim. All staff is very welcoming.
The trips I have taken have all been phenomenal! Everyone on my trips was friendly and pleasant. It was very enjoyable traveling with such a group even though most of them were strangers. The bus drivers do excellent jobs also.

The pool & exercise equipment is the bomb the staff is friendly ^& some of the members
The Senior Citizen activities are helpful and the instructors are cognizant of silver sneakers needs. Hillcrest staff are helpful and friendly.
We like the instructor, the participants, the lifeguards, etc. It is always a great experience. We even stay after for a bit for open swim. It is wonderful to feel like part of the community that the YMCA fosters.
