Great classes, friendly staff
It is great there are a variety of classes for seniors. I don't like there are none scheduled on Fridays. Thank you.
Something for everyone at convenient times. Accessibility.
I don't really participate in programs or activities, but I use the machines on first floor. I also have made donations which I hope is helping with children's swimming lessons and day care.
I work out on the circuit machines, elliptical and treadmill. Afterwards I feel less tension and anxiety. I hope to sign up for chair yoga to help relieve my stress. The activity schedule features many varied options.

I like the friendly atmosphere at Hillcrest YMCA, I love their one day trips, along with the possibility of meeting new people. The activities they have for the community are available and assessable. Staff is very professional and answer questions in a timely manner.

Instructors are knowledgeable. Really enjoy Silver Sneakers exercise sessions. Balance, flexibility, mobility and SS yoga has given me strength and serenity. I've been working with a personal trainer, Anita, she has been very helpful and encouraging.

Location, programs address my needs/interests, staff all are great.
I prefer working out on my own. Hillcrest meets all of my needs for cardio and resistance training. Hillcrest Staff is always welcoming and available to help when needed. Wonderful fitness environment.
I like the AOA programs and activities. The number and variety of bus trips.
Everything but you need more classes in certain areas.

Great experience
love the spin classes. They have a nice variety of other programs and I like weight machines.
Also the staff is always so great.
Right now I am enjoying line dance class and chair yoga .
