Very well put together
I am very frustrated about the sign-up process and have called and left messages for the aquatics director to call me back. There were 2 water acclimation classes, but only 1 of the second level classes and that was full when I went to sign up. I wanted to know if another class would open and when the next time the sign-ups will open. I nearly didn't get signed up for the first one. It's like it is a secret--it just magically appears and if you are not checking every day you miss it.
But we loved the classes themselves and hope to continue if we can get registered on time.
The city is very clean the staff is very polite Can you offer for offer a lot of different activities in your program the swimming the kids program you have and you have a Lotta work out equipment which is good
I think you guys are doing a great job.
First experience was great. People are friendly, class was great
The Hillcrest YMCA has been important to our family since the children ( now late 20's) were very young. They learned to swim there and began an appreciation for fitness and exercise that will be lifelong. We have also made some very nice friendships over the years. Keep up the great work!
Pleasant and friendly
First off, I'd like to say I love the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! ....I really appreciate the extensive "open pool" hours and the aqua arthritis and aqua fit classes.
Strength training.
I like the seniors silver sneakers classes
It's something for everyone..
I am impressed by the wide variety of programs and activities which attract an amazingly diverse clientele from many nearby communities. Your very friendly (usually) staff helps make old timers as well as new ones feel very welcome. As one of the old-timers, I am frequently surprised to find new programs/activities added to the schedule.
Free and healthy
Like the water aerobics classes. And the sewing group that meets on Monday at 10;30 am.
The classes I’ve attended have been very good and I like Y360 so I can do exercises at home
I appreciate the variety of programs addressing the body, m[nd, and spirit. the opportunities for socializing are also beneficial.
Exercise instructors are professional, attentive, fun and just likable.
Haven't tried all activities but the number of choices I have keeps me interested.
As a Medicare Advantage plan member, I had the choice of joining several gyms. I chose YMCA because of the programs specifically for seniors. Isolation and loneliness can have detrimental effects on health. It is nice to be building a community with my fellow seniors and exercise class peers! I would recommend the Y to any senior, to enhance both physical and emotional well being.
The HillCrest/Lyndhurst YMCA is a very nice place to exercise.
Silver Sneakers classic and Pool.
They are fun, informative and relaxing. I get to go to another area of Cleveland that I am not familiar with and learn new things.
Unsure at this time. Further visits are needed before an opinion can be formed
I like the range of activities and the widespread hours that are available.
