Instructors take the time to explain the benefits of the exercise and for those with issues doing a particular move, they demonstrate how to modify the move.
The Hillcrest Y has great classes, and the instructors are amazing! I wish I had the time to take more of the wonderful classes that are offered

Very well put together
I am very frustrated about the sign-up process and have called and left messages for the aquatics director to call me back. There were 2 water acclimation classes, but only 1 of the second level classes and that was full when I went to sign up. I wanted to know if another class would open and when the next time the sign-ups will open. I nearly didn't get signed up for the first one. It's like it is a secret--it just magically appears and if you are not checking every day you miss it.
But we loved the classes themselves and hope to continue if we can get registered on time.
The city is very clean the staff is very polite Can you offer for offer a lot of different activities in your program the swimming the kids program you have and you have a Lotta work out equipment which is good
