Monday-Saturday you have excellent classes geared to seniors (Stretch and Mobility, Silver Sneakers Classic, Silver Sneakers Yoga, Fitness after 50). I also appreciate the friendly atmosphere at the Y, from both staff and members.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. To me that is important. To see their Smiling Faces everyday when I walk in. I enjoy the classes which are at a convenient time of day for me and I especially like the fact that I can swim at 6:00 a.m. each morning.
