You have a good selection of activities for people of all ages. It's nice when people of different ages can associate together. It lessens the age gap.
The swimming instructors are knowledgeable, engaged, and supportive. Our son’s swimming skills and confidence have grown each session he has attended.
I enjoy the Aqua fit-combo classes , silver sneakers classes and work out equipment, friendly, cleaner etc.

What I don't like is that the seniors in the "Fitness After Fifty" class have to pull out and set up own chairs. The stacked chairs are heavy and more than one person has injured Her/himself loading, stacking or maneuvering those chairs around the gym.
I work out with a trainer three times a week. Thus far that is my only contact with the Hillcrest Y, and I'm very satisfied with the experience.

Activities are engaging and are always available. Participants are friendly and so is the staff.

I enjoy the feeling when done with the daily workout and it's nice to see so many friendly faces who you come to know them seeing them every day.
On the flip side, two to three of the six treadmills are down on a daily basis. Two of them specifically have been down several weeks now. This part is definitely disappointing.
Good selection of group activities and classes, caring and knowledgeable instructors.
Variety of classes, and they are evening classes perfect for after work. I cannot do morning or midday classes, especially swim exercise classes for adults. That is a big plus!
The staff and facility are very welcoming and open to new people. I feel very comfortable there.
The engagment with the community. The activities for youth and older adults. There is a lot of variety for all ages and interests. I like the trips offered to members and friends also. I like that they give back to the community. I donate to the school supply give away, because as a former teacher I know how important it is that students have needed supplies and support especially in today's economy.
