Great water aerobic classes!
warm atmosphere, welcoming staff, the pool opportunities
I became a member of the Hillcrest Y in order to engage a trainer for regular exercise sessions. The array of other activities sponsored by the Y is impressive and enticing, but I'm afraid I haven't taken advantage of any of them thus far.
I like the pool exercises and the knotting group I also like the very friendly staff the YMCA is a welcome addition to the community.

Working with my personal trainer Sami. She has me doing things that I thought I would never do again. I also enjoy the various classes such as: Line dancing, chair yoga, strength and mobility class, Zumbi and Step class. All of the instructors are great at helping you maximize your fitness goals. The hours of operation for the classes are timely.
Convenience to classes, pool access great times for open swim. The fee for seniors. Nice people that greet you and familiar faces
