Went to Kathy's Silver sneaker Circuit Class and it was awesome. Lots of energy, and lots of movement!! The pickleball group was very friendly and a lot of fun!!

Lots for seniors to do. Wish pool was open more. To many classes in morning. Only one a day is enough..

Since joining the Y I have been motivated to move! Since I retired four years ago and during the beginning of the pandemic I was just out of sorts. I've met a lot of nice people since participating with the programs and activities. This is my new life changing go-to!

I like the variety of exercise option and class options as well as the option to travel with AOA.

I do miss the game days that we had several years ago where we played dominoes and other games.
