Very well organized and Kathy Mckean is such a gem.
I use Antonio as a trainer and he is first rate. Really helping my progress. He is incredibly patient and keeps me motivated. I also interact with several of the other trainers and they seem fantastic. I guess you could sun it up by saying it’s all about your staff
The water exercise class I attended was very organized and the instructor, Gail, was excellent.
Camp was great my daughter got to be outside enjoying the fresh air. The location was very kid friendly. She was kept busy, but also a sense of security for me as a mother.

My son had an amazing experience at camp. He learned kids can be very different and the staff was amazing
We use the pool and hot tub when we get the chance. Most times the availability coincides with our plan although on occasion the pool or hot tub are not open.

The change and variety of activity from day to day was nice.
Miss Brenda and her team did an amazing job this summer taking care of the kids. And they all had a great welcoming environment and smiles for the families every day throughout camp.

I like kickboxing and cardio and the coaches are very nice that you can not went to come back
Due to mobility problems my experience is with the recreational pool and water exercise. I love it and am grateful for all the people who helped out when Shelly was ill. I am glad she is back, Love her.
The mirrors. The windows. The clean hardwood floors. (I was at Westshore for 4 years.) The music. The instructors. Talking to other students while waiting for a class to start.
I love your program swimming in exercise
I love going to classes and being able to try new things without feeling self conscious. I also love the child care, it’s so nice to be able to get back in shape without have to pay for outside child care

There are many classes to chose from.
All the instructors are very friendly and helpful.

The French Creek Y is a very friendly place with lots of classes for young and old.
I love the AOA/Silver Sneakers exercise programs. If you haven’t exercised in awhile, these classes are a great way to reintroduce your body to healthy exercise and movement. I am grateful for these classes and feel great!
